@mikkoim_385349357375663 Hello Mikko, we don't think so. You may click here to learn more about what's new with the new firmware, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2841/reolinkers-week-day-4-new-firmware-ai-model-ftp-and-more
@snuuuz_491893022724241 Thank you for the suggestion, snuuuz. We are sorry that we may not make this feature on this doorbell.
@tenback_266134903410848 Not sure if we can add some holiday ringtone to the doorbell at the moment. But you will be able to record a voice message via the phone app and set up the doorbell to play the voicemail.
@balimelón_362138258030731 Hello there, thank you for the suggestion. The video doorbell that we are going to release will support dual-band WiFi for a more stable network connection.
@starfish21_37513982370005 Hi there, you may put your mouse on the camera on the live view screen and click on the right-click to switch between clear, standard, and fluent. Hope this helps.
@rbrading4_482117566664845 Hello there, thank you for sharing the suggestions with us. We are not very sure if we have got you right. By saying "it would be nice to be more seamlessly controlled when the cameras are used with NVR", you mean that some of the camera features are not available when the cameras are used with NVR, right? If not, please share more with us.In terms of the second suggestion, we are sorry that the phone app, desktop client, and NVR UI operate on their own and won't affect each other. Also, you are allowed to set up a recording schedule for your NVR to allow the cameras to record when they are triggered by motion events only. Hope this helps.
@rbrading4_482117566664845 Hello there, thank you for the suggestion. The trail camera is solar-powered and we will offer a kit with a camera and a solar panel. However, it records motion events only and won't record the NVR.
@tonylm100_386423266828454 Thank you for sharing your ideas with us, Penny. However, we may not add auto-tracking and pre-recording to the trail camera as it may drain the battery very fast. Instead, we will add a pre-alarm feature to the camera. With this feature, you will be notified when the camera is triggered and starts to record (before a video is fully recorded). Hope this helps.
@tenback_266134903410848 Will an RTSP URL help in your case? If yes, you may click here to learn more, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006240073-Request-for-RTSP-URL
@jphilippe_vedrine_361700589715644 Hello there, you can turn off the infrared LEDs via the mobile app. Tap on camera settings->Advance->Infrared LEDs->Stay Off.Note that the nighttime image quality may drop when the IR lights are off. It is best to add an external light source next to the camera. Hope this helps.
@panin-mikhail_282390252302520 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. It is best to contact our team so they can help you out asap, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
@ckam_ca_242158725816541 Yep, PoE and ONVIF support are available on the doorbell
@faasio82_480971996033257 The new app version 4.29 is still under the beta testing stage. We will not release it on Google Play until we get an ideal result from the testing. You may try it out and let us know if you have found any issues with the new firmware or app. Thanks in advance.
@ramms_119_396004748976341 Hello ramms, thank you for the feedback. May we know which camera model you are using? And you may attach screenshots of your detection settings so we can help. Thanks.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 Our team has set up a firmware update schedule and it is possible that your camera is still in line to get an update. If you want to get the latest firmware now, submit a request here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
@christopher92_487742724366485 Hi Christopher, this firmware update is for smart detection cameras only. We do plan to release firmware for the non-smart cameras later. Stay tuned!
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 Hi Neil, the new firmware will be pushed to your E1 Outdoor camera directly. Please check if you have enabled auto-upgrade via the mobile app or desktop client.
@metal-me_488723804848306 They are exactly the same firmware version. We released it as a beta version a week ago to see if it works as expected. After the trial for a week, we think the new firmware works well and now make it an official release for all users to upgrade their cameras. Hope this clarifies.
@frew425_372631340130533 It is expected to be available in March. Stay tuned!
@julian_491625441718516 Hi Julian, which camera model are you referring to?
