@mikkoim_385349357375663 Hi Mikko, I have just talked to our dev team and they have confirmed that you can use QNAP QVR Pro now via ONVIF. Our team is working to make our cameras support QVR Pro with a native driver and this feature will be integrated into a future firmware update.In terms of the H.265 decoding compatible issue on the windows client, our team is looking into the issue now and will see how to improve the performance of our desktop app. Big thanks for your feedback again.
@tenback_266134903410848 Hi tenback, I have just talked to our dev team and they have confirmed that you will be allowed to configure different URLs for human, vehicle, and pet detection in a future update.And there is an alternative URL with the similar function available now: http://(ip address)/api.cgi?cmd=GetAiState&channel=(channel id)&user=(username)&password=(user password). You may type in the info needed in the ( ) field and remove the "(" ")" when you apply the URL.
@gary_n_491833478709415 Hi Gary, your plan to install the cameras in the garage shall work. As the two Ubiquiti Nano M5 is under the LAN that the NVR is connected to, the NVR shall find the cameras in the garage.You may try to set up the cameras in the garage and let us know if you need any help.

If not, find the latest firmware here, https://reolink.com/us/download-center/You may try to update your windows app to the latest version and try to disable the push notifications and record again. @thetransplant Hi Simon, we are sorry that the iframe feature is temporarily removed from the firmware. After a month of testing, we have received feedback that the iframe feature doesn't perform as expected. Our team is now working on the improvement of the iframe feature and hopefully, the updated version will be available within months. @thetransplant Hi Simon, glad to know that you have got the issue fixed. And yes, the switches for RTSP and ONVIF are off by default. Users may turn them on or off on their own.

Let us know how it works and any feedback is welcome.In terms of the live view video quality of the desktop client, it was designed to stay the same before. However, it may take longer for the camera to load. To reduce loading time, we have changed the camera live view to stream in Standard mode by default. It is not very effective to change the video quality from time to time at the moment but we are seeking better solutions.
