Hi Vincent, thanks for sharing your tip about this issue. We'll forward your request to our R&D department to see if we can make the cameras which supports this function in the near future. Thanks for your understanding!
Sorry for the inconvenience. We will forward your requirement to our engineer team, and hope they will add this feature in the future update.
Currently, Reolink cameras support using Google Assitant for live view in Fluent mode only, so the image won't be quite clear, but we will forward your requirement to our engineer team, and we will try to make it more flexible in the image quality setting.
Hi, @harley_cook, could you please send a request to Reolink support team, they will help you to check the problem.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hi, if the camera won't be triggered frequently and you won't preview the camera video stream frequently, then the solar panel could keep the battery running. And the Reaolink cameras can be restored (recover to factory status) remotely only when you can login to the camera. If you have more questions, you may send a request to Reolink support, and the pre-sale team will provide you more details.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi, the C series cameras are discontinued now, and they will be replaced by the E series camera. The E1 Zoom is the upgraded version of C2 Pro camera, which supports 24/7 recording, Optical Zoom, Pan/Tilt, etc. The biggest difference is that E1 Zoom camera support Reolink Cloud service.
The video files should be overwritten automatically. When the SD card stop recording, you may take out the SD card and insert it to your PC then check if you can still copy video files into it. And for the camera, you may try to upgrade the firmware. If the problem persists, you may send a request to Reolink support, and they will help to check this issue.https://reolink.zendesk.com/agent/
The Reolink cameras (exclude the old cameras) support to live view the Fluent mode video stream via Google Assistant, but it doesn't support the advanced functions at present, for example, it doesn't support to control the email/push notification via Google Assistant.
Really sorry that our camera doesn't support that function at present, but that's a good idea and we will consider developing such function in the future.
Hello friend, it is suggested to submit a request to our support center:https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/newOur support team will help you solve it soon. Thanks.
Hello friend, appreciate your feedback on the 'Guest Account' permission when accessing the camera via a web browser. We have been diligently working on implementing some selected user requests. And I’m honoured to have yours added to the list. Some nice ideas have been implemented as you can see in our changelog (What’s New) of firmware/software updates. Please kindly understand that bug fixes are our top priority and then user request or feature request. So it may take some time to see yours become true. Please stay tuned! You may subscribe our emails to get the news: https://reolink.us13.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=c0cb1c1b65426a6d9b3609705&id=a9bc53daec.
Hello friend, yes, you can view videos stored on the micro SD card via Reolink App or Reolink Client from anywhere. It does not have to be on the same wifi network as the camera. So if your phone is connecting to a 5Ghz wifi, you can retrieve the recordings of the camera via Reolink App.
Sometimes the main stream could be harder to load, and you may use the sub stream. And also, some particular cameras, like the Kit camera of a PoE NVR system (B400, D400, B800 and D800), don't support RTSP stream. If your media player doesn't work, you may try VLC player or Potplayer.
Thank you for your feedback! We will forward your idea to our engineer team, and your idea will help a lot in the future update.
Sorry that RLC-520 camera doesn't support Cloud service at present. The Reolink Cloud is supported by battery-powered cameras and E series cameras.
