@lbs2reolink Now in the Client, we don't have the timelapse function now. So you can't download the file to the PC now. You can also take out your SD card and you can view the timelapse in the PC with the SD card.

@mailforout_514300689522859 Hi there, may I know what's your camera model and system information?
@adrien-wolff_518798940323976 For the delay detection of the Argus 3 pro, we have optimized the firmware to detect better. You can have a look at the Argus 3 pro firmware here, https://community.reolink.com/topic/3162/new-firmware-for-argus-3-pro-ai-detection-optimization-and-more.What's more, the detection will be related to the PIR angle and sensitivity. You can position the camera in a proper place. Get more tips here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012769173-How-to-Position-Your-Battery-Powered-Reolink-Camera-Properly.

@mrrobertotaylor Thank you for your info. It seems that you have connected your camera to the NVR. For the system info of the camera under the NVR, you may need to find it on the NVR monitor. Read this article for guide, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005236253-How-to-Find-out-System-Information-via-Reolink-PoE-NVR.Thank you for your understanding.
@ivor_499702083281112 We recommend the following SIM card provider for Ireland, Vodafone (4G LTE ONLY), Three (4G LTE ONLY). If you still have a problem, you can join our FB Group to discuss it with our Reolinkers. Reolink Camera Community | Facebook

@danieleickmeier_517689094492359 Hi there, could you please tell me your camera model and system information? You can tell us your request. You can follow this guide to find the system info, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004894193-How-to-Find-out-System-Information-via-Reolink-App.
@ramms_119_396004748976341 For the notification problem, the APP will take you to the live view within 2 minutes. It will take you to the playback page after 2 mins. It is the design. For the iframe firmware, we have removed it from the new firmware because it has affected the night image quality. If you do want to have the firmware with the iframe, you can contact our support team for the beta firmware. You can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@mbzt_424281994174717 @thomas-altmann_517642932273395 Thank you for the suggestions. I will record your request for evaluation.
Currently, you can connect our PoE cameras and Wifi wired cameras to the Google Assistant/Alexa. But for the cameras under the NVR, it is not possible at the moment. If you do want to live view on the Google Home/Alexa for the cameras under NVR, use a PoE switch and you can realize this.
1. Connect a PoE switch to the same router that your NVR is connected to first. Then connect your camera under the PoE switch. 2. Add the cameras to the APP and NVRFor the APP:You can scan the device in LAN or scan the UID code of the cameras and add the cameras to the APP. For the NVR:To add the cameras to the NVR, you may need to enable the “Auto-add” on the NVR monitor. You can follow this article to enable the function.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004499443-How-to-Enable-Disable-Auto-Add-Via-Reolink-PoE-NVR-New-UI- 3. Connect the standalone cameras to the Google Assistant/Alexa in the APP.Google Home: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020644034-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Google-Home Alexa:https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037976953-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Amazon-Alexa In this situation, you can both connect the cameras to Google Assistant/Alexa and manage the cameras on the NVR. Note: This method can’t be used for cameras in the NVR kits. (Find the NVR kits here: https://store.reolink.com/security-camera-systems/ ) Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. If you have any problems, you can leave a comment below.
@gwionspcrepair_517450772013222 What's the firmware version of the NVR and camera? You can try to upgrade the camera with the latest firmware. You can find the new firmware here, Download Center – Reolink. You can read this article for the guide to find the new firmware, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2602/how-to-find-latest-firmware-for-reolink-camera-nvr.
@frankugabi_510326206742710 You can try to upgrade your camera with the latest firmware v3.1.0.0764 version. We have upgraded the AI algorithm to improve detection. In this new firmware, you can find the setting named "Alarm Delay" or "Object size". You can set the alarm delay time to filter out the alarm that is less than the set time. To set the object size, you can filter out some alarms like snow, insects, or rain. You can know more details about this firmware in this article, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2841/reolinkers-week-day-4-new-firmware-ai-model-ftp-and-more/88.Find the new firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.
