@kai-may_508790291357847 Thank you so much for your video. We will look at this issue.
@mrrobertotaylor Thank you for your explanation. Please give me the system information of your camera. This is the guide to find the information. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004894193-How-to-Find-out-System-Information-via-Reolink-App
Recently, many users report that after upgrading their Reolink AI cameras with the latest firmware v.3.1.0764/v.3.1.0804, they are unable to log in via Web Browser(HTTP, HTTPS) or connect to third-party software(using RTSP, RTMP, ONVIF) like Blue Iris, Synology, or others.
(Learn more about the new AI firmware from this article, https://bit.ly/3NnI9Qj.)
Usually, the connection failure is not caused by a problem with the new firmware. It is because the network ports are default disabled in the new firmware. If you would like to use the network ports, please follow the below steps to enable them.
Go to Camera settings>>Network settings>>Advanced>>Port Settings
Please enable the ports you need and remember to save!
Now, you can check if you can connect successfully.
This update for the port settings is to ensure the safety of the network access. You can decide whether to enable the ports according to your need.
If you have enabled the ports but still can’t log in via Web Browser or connect to the third-party software, please submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support. Our technical staff will have a further check for you.
@tazzy_423116622815407 What camera device do you have in the APP? Some old devices don't support the sound notification settings. You can try to delete some old models and change the sound. Then you can add the cameras back.
@philippe Thank you for your feedback. Could you please offer us a video of the tracking when the person/vehicle passes below?
@kenneth-wallace_514520500895996 Have you enabled the auto-add button on the channel list? For the DHCP setting, you can find it at Network settings>>General/Advanced. Please set the network access to DHCP. If you can't find the setting, you can give me a picture of what your setting shows.
@jandernach_506784507535576 The Argus 3 pro uses the PIR to detect the motion. The detection distance will be related to the sensitivity and PIR angle. You can know more about the distance here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000605283-How-to-Adjust-PIR-Angle.For the E1 Outdoor, it uses motion detection and AI detection. The distance for the AI detection is up to 10 meters. The RLC-823A and RLC-523WA also use motion detection and AI detection technology.

@s-m Hi there, for the channel list function, in the APP, it can change the display order of the NVR channels or hide some channels. You can do that on our Client now. Firstly, you can change the camera menu order by dragging the cameras. For the display order, you can drag the camera to any windows you want. You can have a try.

@mailforout_514300689522859 Hi there, our FTP supports FTPs first now. If you disable the FTPs only button, the camera will try to use the FTPs to connect first. If your server supports the FTPs, you can check if your FTP server has configured TLS. If your server doesn't support FTPs, it will go to a plain FTP connection.
