@crimp-on_62210811129 12MP cameras with hardward version 523B1812MP delivers 2160p images while 12MP cameras with hardware 523B18128M12MP delivers 2512p images (4512*2512). Your camera can be upgraded to 2512p version with a firmware update. Before doing so, we may need to confirm if you are using the 12MP camera with an NVR and if yes, which hardware version your NVR has. If you are having an H3MB18, N2MB02, or N3MB01 NVR, you may not enjoy this update as your NVR won't handle 2512p resolution. If you are not using the camera with an NVR, or you are running newer NVR with hardware version N5MB01, N6MB01, or N7MB01, let us know and we will guide you to update the camera.

@luisyve1676_511483854020827 Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Here is a detailed guide for your reference, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003432894-How-to-Add-Reolink-Products-via-Reolink-App. Hope this helps.
@abommaro_373_360329751683201 Thank you for the feedback. It is possible that the third-party software won't accept the H.265 codec as the RLC-823A comes with H.265 video format and the 420, 423, and C2 Pro with H.264. To stream the video feed to the third-party software, you will need to use a substream and switch the video codec to H.264. Click here to learn more about the RTSP URL in substream, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006240073-Request-for-RTSP-URLHope this helps.
@tomcrean Thank you for the feedback, Tom. And I am sorry that I didn't get you right. You may submit a request here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, and attach a video as a sample to the request. Our team will take a further look into the issue and get back to you asap.
@shane Hi Shane, the scroll view feature allows you to see different cameras in order automatically. The scroll view time refers to the interval between the cameras to be present. To enable the scroll view feature, you will need to click on the button in the red rectangle as the image shows. Hope this helps.
@juan06zaragoza_406033918103721 Hi there, we will release a video doorbell and chime kit in late May. Stay tuned!
@tomcrean Hi there, the video streaming on Google Nest Hub is limited to 20 mins each time. To continuously stream the camera, you may use the mobile app or desktop client, https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/.Besides, there is no option to change the resolution or frame rate for video streaming on Google Nest Hub Display. Hope this clarifies.
