@blakegray2017_448193416921267 This link still works, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uJNeU99Xi-s1bNTUOKCVidlFCdI_I8Z3/view.
@dg Draft 1: Our team is now considering if it is okay to add such a feature.Draft 2: Thank you for the feedback and I will ask our team to take a further look into the issue.Draft 5: Removing or hiding the blue selection rectangle would be very similar from our point of view. But our team is seeking a better way to realize this feature.Draft 6: The mouse wheel zoom feature works in the multiple viewing mode. Make sure that you have selected the camera that you want to zoom in.Images below show the difference before and after zooming in. Before:After:
@dg Thank you for the suggestions again. I have just discussed all your ideas with our team and here are some of the responses:Draft 1: The live video feed is on standard or fluent by default. If it is on clear by default, it will take up much GPU and CPU capacity. To avoid any possible issues, we have limited the live feed to standard or fluent. And we don't plan to change this soon as we are still seeking ways to improve the structure and overall performance of the client.Draft 2: The text may look different when the cameras are set on Standard or Fluent. This is because their resolutions (the number of pixels that are shown) are different. The text will change accordingly when their resolutions are changed. Simply put, the changes in the text have nothing to do with the client. You will need to change the streaming settings to reduce the differences among the text.Draft 3 & 4: Our team is now looking into these two issues and see if it is possible to get them fixed in version 8.8.0, which is releasing in April.Draft 5: We don't think it would be a good move to remove the blue selection rectangle as it indicates the source of the motion alert siren. Our team may need some time to find a proper way to improve this feature.Draft 6: Aside from scrolling the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, you can also click on the live feed and drag in any direction.
@albert-miller193_506036202021013 Hi Albert, thank you for the detailed feedback. Our team is now considering if it is okay to hide the blue selection rectangle in a future update. In terms of the mouse wheel zoom feature in multiple viewing, you will need to select the camera that you want to zoom in or out before scrolling the mouse wheel. Hope this helps.
@jb Hi there, thank you for reaching out. The 4G cellular services and SIM cards are for data transmission and the cloud service is for video storage. Generally speaking, each 4G camera may use 1GB of data per month. You may contact local network carriers and see what data plan they offer. You may also check which network carrier offers the best cellular signal at your location. In terms of cloud storage, you may click here to learn more about our cloud services and plans, https://cloud.reolink.com/.
