@april-burrow_284717096751347 Hi April, thank you for the suggestion. I am sorry that Reolink won't release a smaller Go PT camera. You may click here to learn more about its size and weight, https://reolink.com/product/reolink-go-pt/#specifications
@frost Of course, you shall upgrade your NVR with the latest firmware. Here are some of the updates of the new firmware: 1. Optimized UI display and interaction.2. Solved the problem that the camera prompts “connecting” instead of “connection succeeded” when it’s added to the NVR.3. Solved the problem of failing to set flip for some channels via a web browser.4. Optimized the reporting of MD and AI status.5. Optimized backup download status query via a web browser.
@merlin1-1_245860427702493 I am sorry that there is no way to show the NVR UI over the network. The NVR UI will only be available when the NVR is connected to a monitor. Hope this clarifies.

@merlin1-1_245860427702493 Hi Merlin, you may try to follow this guide and access the NVR system via a web browser, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003981973-How-to-Remotely-Access-Reolink-Cameras-via-a-Web-Browser. Hope this helps.
@haldor-h-jøsendal_496801484447987 Hello Haldor, thank you for reaching out. The Go PT is a battery-powered camera and it is not designed for continuous streaming. To avoid quick battery drainage, we have set up a videofeed streaming time limitation. And there is no way to stop the warning sign from showing up. Streaming the camera for too long does not only drain the battery but also damage the battery. That's why we set up such a limitation. Hope this clarifies.
@admgeo_136805241430192 It will be available in late April or early May. Stay tuned!

@debmannon_119018974642335 Hi there, thank you for reaching out. After changing password of your WiFi router, you will need to reset the camera and redo the initial setup so the camera can connect to the WiFi again. If the camera won't connect to the WiFi, you may try to change your WiFi password with another special character listed here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007503073-Wi-Fi-Connection-Failed-when-Setting-up-Lumus-Battery-Powered-Cameras-and-E-Series. Hope this helps.

@charles-et-dorine_367992794710174 Hello Charles, thank you for the suggestion. We are sorry that we don't plan to add IFTTT compatibility to our cameras soon. If there are any updates, we will let you know.Note that our smart IP cameras now support ONVIF Profile S and RTSP streaming. You may try it out and do some integration with your smart home platforms.
@gregvx80_481744243163367 Hi there, thank you for reaching out. As long as you have connected the camera directly to the NVR, the camera will be a part of the NVR instead of a standalone cam. You will not be able to find the camera on its own when doing a LAN search. But it doesn't mean that you cannot configure the camera settings. Click on the gear icon next to the NVR, select the camera channel, and you will be able to find the camera settings. Also, you may upgrade your windows app to the latest version (find it here, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2850/reolinkers-week-day-5-reolink-client-version-8-7-beta-app-version-4-29-release) and you will find the gear icon on the main menu.If you prefer to use the camera as a standalone camera while keeping the camera recording to the NVR, add a PoE switch between the camera and the NVR. Hope this helps.
@gary_n_491833478709415 Glad to know that it works for you.
