@it_484462163448014 Thank you for the info. One more question, if we were to configure an auto system to remove data after 48 hours, shall we delete the data at a time? Or, is it acceptable to overwrite the previous data gradually? Here is an example for your reference. A camera is recording continuously and it has produced some video files 2 days ago. Now it is Day 3. Shall all the video files generated on Day 1 be deleted immediately? Or they can be overwritten gradually and maintain the video files generated in the last 48 hours?Thank you for your help in advance.
@it_484462163448014 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. By saying the registration, do you mean the retention period of the recorded videos? For example, the surveillance videos shall not be kept more than 48 hours. If you are referring to anything else, please specify and send us the source of the requirement. Thank you in advance.
@reolink_484491879100624 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. RLC-842A is a 4K camera and it produces large video files in main stream. To save storage space, we have enabled H.265 compression code for main stream videos and H.264 for sub stream videos. We don't plan to enable H.264 compression in main stream. If you want to use H.264 compression, you may stream the camera in sub-stream instead. Hope this clarifies.

@gary-d_344027431432324 Thank you for the feedback, Gary. We have not enabled the auto-upgrade for the desktop app now. The only way to upgrade is to download the latest version from our site, https://reolink.com/us/software-and-manual/.We are planning to allow auto-upgrade in a future version update. Stay tuned for further news!
@ejk823_484127419789506 Hello there, thank you for reaching out. It is possible to link an NVR to two TVs with an HDMI splitter. However, both TVs will show the live feed from the same camera and you cannot see different cameras from Room A or B via different TVs.So, it is best to install 2 NVRs and one for each room and TV. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
@gary-d_344027431432324 Hello Gary, thank you for the feedback. The issue you have encountered is slightly different from the one that others have encountered. It can be caused by GPU hardware acceleration or an insufficient graphic card. You may try to disable hardware acceleration for the Reolink Client via settings on your PC and see if it works.
Merry Christmas to all Reolinkers!

@marco_481298836766886 Hello Marco, by saying not working, are you referring that no images or videos are uploaded to your FTP server? Does the FTP upload test succeed or not? Please let us know more the issues that you have encountered so we can help. Thanks.

@mr-robertotaylor_242785423831229 Hi Roberto, it seems that the motion detection is disabled on your camera/NVR. Please check out the detection settings and see if you have disabled the motion/person/vehicle detection. Let me know if you have any questions.
@jasonmckay-117_247484246499502 We don't have any DVR systems. If you are referring to the NVR systems, we would love to clarify that our NVR systems are not developed with java programming language. We don't apply anything from log4j to the development of our NVR systems. That is why Fiona said none of our devices, including the cameras and NVR systems, are affected by the lpg4j vulnerabilities. Hope this clarifies.
