@meanbigbrother_172968072114399 Hello there, does your RLC-410S camera come with an UID starting with XCP? If it is the case, I am sorry that your camera is not compatible with Client version 8.10 or above. It is recommend that you stick to v8.8.5 or below to avoid software compatibility issue, which results in streaming failure. @user_663489447473260_663489447473260 No. Battery-powered cameras, including the Argus Eco, are not designed for continuous recording. Their batteries will drain for long-term recording. Hope this helps.
@antonio089_626720538640449 Steve and Joseph have offered camera recommendations for you and I also believe 4G solar-powered cameras would be nice options for you.And to answer your questions, you cannot link two WiFi cameras to the cellular network of a 4G camera. WiFi cameras connect to WiFi network only. If you are planning to use three 4G cameras, contact local netowrk carriers and see if they can offer 3 SIM cards in only one data plan.
@rudolph-terblanche_322403973849250 E1 Pro camera doen't support RTMP or HTTP protocol. That's why you cannot access this camera via a web browser. But you can do so on a E1 Zoom camera. Here is a detailed guide for your reference. Hope this helps.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003913793-How-to-Access-Reolink-Product-via-Web-Browsers/

@victoria_627138625310723 Thank you so much for the detailed feeback, which is extra helpful for our team to locate the issue. Hopefully, we will get it fixed in next update.
@vantuckyk_724136068518042 I am sorry that this is how the app designed to work now.If a user taps on a new notification within 2 mins, he/she will be directed to the live view. After 2 minutes, users will be directed to the recorded videos as it take 1-2 mins for the camera and app to generate the videos. However, we are now working on the improvements of the push notification and video playback experience. These improvements will be available within 2 months. Stay tuned for the updates.
@user_722475361472675_722475361472675 Hello there, thank you a lot for the detailed suggestions. We will add a distinguishable sound for visitor(actual doorbell) when someone presses the doorbell button in next app verison 4.40. This will help you distinguish the visitor notifications from other movements. Also, we are working on the improvement of the scene mode, which will be helpful for notification schedule customization. When the improved version is released, we will let you know.
@joldham320_363419968991360 Not sure if you are having issues with the camera itself or the software. It would be best that you contact support directly.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@veronica-falzone_691720783737520 Our team is still seeking the best way to make this happen. Adding a notification list in the app will request a Reolink account login but we don't think forcing our users to log into their accounts would be a good idea. So, we would not add the list to the app until we have a better solutions on the account login.
@pierre-gielen_288801745879289 As I have answered in the previous reply, Reolink rich notification feature works with cloud subscription only and we don't plan add cloud support on NVRs. That's why we don't make rich notifications available for users who have an NVR. Hope tthis helps.

@darlek_111_319105922027679 The PoE doorbell works with PoE standard IEEE 802.3af, 48V Active. Reolink offers PoE injector as well, https://store.reolink.com/accessories/#poe-injectorIf you prefer to get one from TP-Link, make sure that it meets the standard above.
@laphunhon_689657095459000 Thank you very much for the suggestions. The rich notification feature works with cloud subscription only and Reolink focuses more on local storage security. That's why we cannot make rich notifications available on our cameras. In terms of the rest suggestions on the app notifications and playback experience improvements, I have forwarded them to our team.
@joseph_1979 Thanks for the suggestion. I will forward it to the team.
