If you still are able to access the camera via any of your devices or web browser, you may restore the cameras and create a new password: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003610473-How-to-Restore-Reolink-Products If none of your devices can access the camera, you will have to hard reset it by pressing the reset button.
Sorry that RLC-420-4MP (D400) and RLC-410-5MP (B400) don't support Onvif and RTSP. So it is suggested to purchase the 5MP version of the same model.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The rain and spider web will reflect the IR light which cannot be avoided.If it is convenient, you may install the camera to the place where there is enough light at night, so that the IR light can be turned off.
Do you set up the cameras to record 24/7 to NVR or record only when motion is detected?For the first case, if 1 hour video is one package, for example, then you may not find the video before the package finishes recording.For the second case, once the motion video is recorded completely, you are able to find it in playback.

Sorry that you can't change the individual cameras' setting if you connect the cameras to the NVR. If you want to view and set the camera separately, you can connect them and the NVR to the same router. In LAN, it will record to NVR, view from NVR and you also can access and change the cameras' setting directly via Reolink software.
For Argus 2 and Argus Pro, the PIR sensitivity can only be set as low, mid and high. We have a plan to change this setting in the future. You may make a subscription to get the newest update: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us.
