You need to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces). There was an unofficial site archiving firmware of all Reolink cameras but has been removed. So the only way is to get it from support.
@user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Are you connecting from the same network or an external network? I guess you have the most updated client and fw.
@user_800223313895651_800223313895651 Can you paste your settings (sensitivity, recording, push notification)?
@rohan_748713748697288 I suggest you to submit your request to Reolink support. The more requests they get the higher the probability of being implemented.
@cylanoid_777455682298093 Will drain battery and charging current is not sufficient to keep up with its consumption.
@reolinkshayla yeah it is filthy due to spray. And it isn't rightly installed....that's why I said that
@muppet_652097732632624 You need an encoder like OBS to live stream to YouTube. This allows you to add security stream key required by YouTube. I guess Reolink is using an old RTMP media C++ library. For instance for the RTSP they are using the open source LIVE555 streaming media C++ libraries which again is old (8 years) as illustrated below.
@jing_734911040270566 This is the norm with most suppliers. I used to patch equipment costing millions of bucks and no details were provided. Those were the days when you receive the details and the code changed (in assembly language). And fixing known bugs is the generic one. It's like the adhoc assignment in your job.
@rlmcculley_786860814041236 You need to connect the cameras through a switch and access them directly.
@user_799874300719288_799874300719288 You cannot use RSTP on battery operated cameras. This is only available on POE and dc powered cameras. It will drain the battery in a few hours.
@user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Check if you have auto reboot (from Windows client ...system/maintenance) daily at 02:00am? If yes then disable it and check again.
@johnb I don't have the DUO 3. I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces)
@user_654306224615431_654306224615431 I always tell them, use the genuine members of the communities (here, reddit and FB) and they will surely perform the appropriate testing. There are people out there who are really expert in a number of fields. For some of us these are gadgets in comparison to what we are responsible of.
@user_784224808100067_784224808100067 Good to hear that. I use both the delay and the object features on two cameras. Yes, there are superb. But we, the customers, always want more and more :).
@alessio-lorusso_385306560032996 You need to connect the cameras to a POE switch so that you have direct access to them. From the Lan port to the router. And connect the NVR to the POE switch or the router.
@email_525317533946102 Good.
@reuven-goldenberg_36887769641 normally after an update that what I do.
@reuven-goldenberg_36887769641 If you disable and enable it again? Try to trigger the camera.
@reuven-goldenberg_36887769641 It's under camera menu. What you showed is the application menu.
@user_752407386755321_752407386755321 I have been informed that they are working on the issues.
