You need to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces). There was an unofficial site archiving firmware of all Reolink cameras but has been removed. So the only way is to get it from support.

For instance for the RTSP they are using the open source LIVE555 streaming media C++ libraries which again is old (8 years) as illustrated below.
