@corky_737880191164642 I don't have this particular model. But I have a number of models. For eg in Trackmix I disabled the any motion and activated person, vehicle and pet and did include a non-detection zone. It works perfect. Similarly for RLC-511WA and E1 OD Pro. I do not use any motion on any of the cameras.
@corky_737880191164642 disable any motion and select only person under push notification. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004189214-How-to-Enable-Push-Notifications-on-iOS-and-Android-Phones/
@user_692173041451191_692173041451191 it won't do any harm installing directx9 over directx11. It will add older libraries. If you feel uncomfortable then don't install it and email Reolink Support for assistance
@user_746367390269592_746367390269592 The fw is the most recent one. So if the NVR is not compatible then you need to access it directly through a poe switch. Pity this incompatibily with this NVR is not stated in their specs.
@user_746372766064816_746372766064816 install directx redist( June 2010)

@user_734291498733753_734291498733753 Install Filezilla on your Linux machine and use lftp to test it.
@issom Unfortunately this is not yet available. Submit your request to Reolink support.
@wildchild420187_376254026412287 Go to the screen: https://cdn.reolink.com/images/faqs/nvr/auto-add.png. Then change the channel dropdown for each camera, putting them in the order you want them. So if you want camera 3 to be the first assign it to channel 1 and so on.
@user_745241262715024_745241262715024 No need of any plug in on any of the browsers. Both the E1 Zoom and E1 Zoom AI have an ethernet port. Opt for the E1 Zoom AI.
@user_745241262715024_745241262715024 Go to the specs at https://m.reolink.com/product/e1-zoom/#specifications and under protocol you should see http/https. And there is an ethernet port too.
@user_744890082836685_744890082836685 check wifi and mobile reception? Does this happen when smartphone is connected to same WiFi as the cameras?
@marco-moormann_488121274335458 you need to install directx redist(June 2010).
@user_738318766813340_738318766813340 It seems to be a connectivity issue. Try to use WiFi on your smartphone and see if the connectivity drops? And when using mobile data ensure you are on 4G.
@walberjunior_712591446712769 kindly submit your request to support.

@jacklambert I don't know what to say. I am a customer like you and every 3 months I emailed them for any new fw version for my models.
@ss4sgoku_239593250332868 Poor customers
