@ks Hi KS, thank you for reaching out. You can only change the camera password on NVR via the NVR UI. You are only allowed to change the NVR password via the desktop client.Anyway, I will ask our team and see if it is possible to add the option to allow users to change the camera password to the desktop app. If there are any updates, I will let you know.
@spencer_415837063233716 Hi Spencer, thank you for the suggestion. The Client will not default to open the video feed as clear as it will take up much GPU and CPU capacity. To avoid possible issues with the client and PC, the client opens the video feed in standard or fluent only. Hope this clarifies.
@input_343270296944801 Hi there, thank you for the suggestion. There are no temperature sensors built into existing cameras. It may not be possible to implement measurement and display of the housing temperature. Anyway, I will forward your ideas to our team and see if it is possible that Reolink makes cameras with this feature in the future.
@jedi2020_32727772450952 Yes, that is correct. Each time you enter the iOS app, you will see the device list first. To see multiple views, you will need to enter the live view page and switch to multiple viewing or immersive viewing by swiping right. Hope this helps.
@home_473050393837720 Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Please check if you have powered on the 410W camera with the power adapter. Here is a detailed setup guide of the RLC-510WA camera, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDF5nZFOKuY&t=80s. The setup procedure is the same as that of the 410 camera. Let us know if you have any questions.
@input_343270296944801 Hi there, your suggestion is well-received and I will forward it to our dev team. Please note that the option to allow the NVRs to navigate in subdirectories may not be available in the near future as it takes time for our team to consider if it is a necessary move. Thank you for your suggestion and support again.
@jedi2020_32727772450952 Hi there, the multiple-viewing option is available. Take a look at the image below to find the option. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
@spencer_415837063233716 Hi Spencer, please go to Download Center, https://reolink.com/download-center/, and download the firmware released on Jan. 20th, 2022 and upgrade your firmware.Don't forget to upgrade your NVR with the latest firmware released on Oct. 15, 2021, as well. Let us know if you have any questions.
@thetransplant Hi Simon, thank you for the feedback. The picture in the detection zone screen is a snapshot captured from the live feed. You may adjust the detection zone during the daytime. Hope this helps.
Hi @rdillion_504331677483238, thank you for reaching out. The RLC-1212A will work with NVRs with hardware versions H3MB18, N2MB02, and N3MB01. If you have already been running an RLC-811A camera on your NVR, you can add the RLC-1212A to it without problems. Hope this helps.
@kennychisato_493654274519240 Hi Kenny, I am sorry that the multiple video download feature is not available. You will need to download the videos one by one via https://cloud.reolink.com/ or our phone app. Hope this helps.
Hi @chattoe_504136247443627, you don't have to connect the cameras separately and directly to the NVR. Just make sure that the PoE switches are under the same network and the NVR will find all the cameras within LAN. Just make sure that you won't run CAT6 cables over 80 meters/260 feet. Hope this helps.
@roy-begaud_504141483540668 Hi Roy, the specs of the video doorbell is not 100% determined yet and I cannot give you a list at the moment. You may take the features listed by @Reolink-Fiona for reference. But I can be sure that it will work with PoE power supply, our NVRs, and app.
Hi @markarron9_504005354344625, thank you for the suggestion. We are planning to release a video doorbell with indoor chimes in late May and floodlight cameras later this year.I will forward your idea to our product team and see if it is possible to make the floodlight cameras work with the indoor chimes.
@aaron Hi Aaron, thank you for the suggestion. I have already forwarded your words to our dev team and they will see if it is possible to add an option for users to disable the blinking LED.
@mark-lybarger_503593054306542 Hi Mark, may I know the camera model you are using now? Please also attach the camera hardware and firmware info. Thanks.
@john-baker_399195799257249 Hi John, you don't have to use the PoE ports on the back of the NVR. You can use a PoE switch between the cameras and the NVR. Just make sure that you connect all the PoE switches and NVR under the same network(LAN). Hope this helps.
