We will add a distinguishable sound to visitor notifications when someone pushes the doorbell button and this new feature will be released within a month. @ask_670415497359871 You don't need an SIM card that can be used both in Bulgaria and the UK. If you 4G camera is installed in Bulgaria, it will work with SIM card from local network providers in Bulgaria, which include Vivacom and A1.As long as your camera in Bulgaria is connected to cellular network with SIM card from Vivacom or A1, you will be able to access the camera to watch live or video playback when you are in the UK. Simply put, you will need to use a SIM card from a local network carrier which is located in the same place that the camera is installed. Hope this helps.
