@damo_720489830449280 It may take 1 to 2 minutes for the camera to create and compress video footage after it is triggered to record and send you notifications. If you tap on the notification before the video footage is successfully generated, you will be directed to the live screen. If you tap on the notifications minutes afer it is sent, you will be directed to the actual alerts. Hope this helps.

@ema-vanni_499069141442706 Hi Ema, as explained earlier, it is normal that the "Paint" button is not available in "Others" and it is designed to work in this way. As explained earlier, the detection zone feature works with the smart detection algorithm. When you choose the detection type as "Others", the algorithm is not in use. That's why you cannot paint sections where you don't want to receive alerts about. The smart detection algorithm only works for human, car, and pet detection.To get the most accurate detection performance with less insignificant alerts, you may choose "Paint All" in "Others" to stop the camera from detecting motion events aside from human activities, passing by cars, and animals. @dimitre-sarnov_385373657403624 As explained earlier, cameras with XCP UIDs work with Client version 8.8.x or below. We don't plan to get them to show in version 8.10 or above. Hope this helps.
