@user_612681119584296_612681119584296 Hi there, I would like to explain something to you.The NVR and the connected cameras are one. So if you want to view the cameras on the APP/Client, you just need to connect the NVR using the NVR UID. If you want to connect the NVR camera as a standalone camera, you can connect the PoE switch to the same router as the NVR instead of connecting the switch directly to the NVR. In this way, you can add the cameras to the APP individually. If you set the password for the individual camera first and then connect it to the NVR, you need to input the password of the camera on the NVR monitor. You can also set the password for the NVR. Guide to set the NVR password: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000665623-How-to-Enable-Disable-Password-via-Reolink-PoE-NVRYou can let me know if you have any questions.

@thornton_620874794598455 Hi there, you can add extra cameras to this kit. But the cameras in the kit can only work with the NVR and it records to the HDD. If you add other standalone cameras to the NVR, you can put an SD card into the camera.

@balimelón_362138258030731 I hope this can help. The switch of the mobile app and the switch set by the CGI command are not completely equivalent. To receive push notifications on your phone, you must turn on the push switch on your phone. If you turn off the switch with the command, the switch of the mobile phone will also be turned off, but if you turn it on again with the command, the switch of the mobile phone will not be turned on, and you need to manually turn on the switch of the mobile phone.
@user_610927526518900_610927526518900 Do you also connect your camera to the APP? In the latest APP v4.33, pet detection is enabled by default. You need to do the settings in the APP to disable the pet detection. You can uncheck the "pet" in the push and record schedule and you can also set the pet sensitivity to zero.

@eric-jackson_493359924367559 Hi there, we have found the issue and it is caused by a new feature, the recording schedule switch, on the NVR. But this button is not available on our APP/Client. So the setting is not synchronized and conflicted. Now the solution is to enable the record and record schedule button on the NVR UI or Web UI. We will update this feature in our APP/Client in the future APP/Client version.
@user_626054819581980_626054819581980 Now is available for preorder in the EU/US. You can preorder here, https://reolink.com/us/product/rlc-823a-16x/#specifications.
@balimelón_362138258030731 Hi there, there is some problem with the command you used. The symbol after -d is a single quote. You can use this one.
curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X POST -d '[{"cmd":"SetPushV20","param":{"Push":{"enable":1}}}]' "http://[NVR_IP]/api.cgi?cmd=SetPushV20&user=admin&password=[PASSWORD]"
Parameter:"enable" means the main switch and scheduleEnable means the switch of the NVR channel. Only when enable is on can scheduleEnable take effect. For example, if you want to enable push, it can be "enable":1. "channel' is decided by you.
[{ "cmd": "SetPushV20", "param": { "Push": { "enable": 1, "scheduleEnable": 1, "schedule": { "channel": 0 } } } }]
@christian-meneghini_543174703677572 Sorry for the late reply. The 12MP camera in the NVR kit doesn't have the UID and it is designed to work with the NVR. They will record or send alarm when it detects the person, which is the same as the standalone camera. For the availability of the RLC-1212A, it will not be available this month. Thank you so much for your support!
