Can you enable location awareness for the mobile app please. And have the capability to say for each camera if it continues to record or not if you’re home. Perhaps the location should relate to the notifications schedule, so it records but doesn’t notify when it sees a person at your house when you’re home.
homekit cameras do this really nicely, borrow some of their features.

You may refer to this URL to set your camera's RTSP stream: rtsp://(user name):(password)@(IP address):554/h264Preview_01_(stream type) For example, you can set it as this: rtsp://admin:email@example.com:554//h264Preview_01_sub The "01" in the "h264Preview_01" means the camera channel on the NVR.
